We do not store any information from credit or debit cards and we will only store email addresses, names and other personally identifying information if you voluntarily sign up to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from this at any time by simply replying ‘unsubscribe’ to the email. Only employees of Edward Mongzar will have access to this information and it will be used solely to send you updates regarding Edward Mongzar’s newest collections and updates. These emails will come directly from EdwardMongzar.com and will not ever be shared with any third party.
Edward Mongzar may store addresses and names for the purposes of sending you any items you purchase, however these details will not be kept on file once the transaction of payment is processed and you have received your purchase. This excludes copies of invoices which EdwardMongzar.com requires for the use of paying taxes in accordance with rules from HMRC. By ordering an item through EdwardMongzar.com, you agree to these terms of service.
This policy may be altered according to the changing needs of privacy in the future and EdwardMongzar.com withholds the right to change it, therefore it’s suggested that visitors to the site check this section often to ensure they are aware of the most recent policy.
EdwardMongzar.com reserves the right to all images and the information relating to our brand on this website. These images and information may not be used for any purpose other than promoting EdwardMongzar.com or as otherwise agreed.

Shipping & Handling
We provide free shipping to all UK and EU orders. We ship all orders by courier and we aim to ship all orders between 1 and 3 working days after the order has been processed, however during times where sales are high or stock is low, it may take longer than this. If this is the case, you will be notified by email.
If your order is required for a specific date, please allow enough time for this, you may also contact us via email stating your name and order number and we will do our best to ensure the order is processed and shipped accordingly.
Once you have paid for your order and we have confirmed we have the item and correct size in stock, you will receive a confirmation email. Following this, you will receive an email to inform you that your item has been shipped; this email will contain a tracking number so that you may follow your order from our door to yours.
Please also keep in mind that during holidays and other busy dates, the couriers we use may experience higher than average delivery requests and so the time it takes for your item to be delivered may vary slightly.
All domestic orders should be received within 14 days of the shipping email, though most orders will be received much before 14 days.
For international orders these times may vary according to shipping and handling procedures in your country of residence. Please also note that import tax, VAT and duties may have to be paid on your item once it arrives and EdwardMongzar.com is not liable to pay this. International orders will experience an extra delivery charge depending on what charges are applicable on your geographical location.
Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that if you wish to return an item to EdwardMongzar.com, you must inform the company of your return via email, providing your full name, address and order number prior to sending the item back to us. The email address for making a return can be found at the end of this policy. Once you have sent this email, we will issue a reply giving you the return address. It would be helpful, but is not necessary, for you to state the reason for return in this email. You must inform us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of receiving it; you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. It would also be helpful for you to return the invoice or a print out of the email receipt with your item; you will have received the invoice at the same time as your item, so please do not throw this away. You will receive the email receipt upon payment of the item. This is in addition to your legal rights.
The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it including having all original tags still intact, swing tags should be returned with the item and the item should be placed neatly within the packaging. The item should be returned by courier. If customers return the item damaged in any way, with damaged packaging, labels or tags or return the item in a state that is not seen as satisfactory by EdwardMongzar.com, we will be unable to issue a refund and will return the item to your address, with both the return postage and postage back to your address charged to your account.
EdwardMongzar.com will not issue refunds for items which have been damaged and the customer has attempted to replace themselves so if you receive a damaged item, simply return it and do not attempt to mend it yourself. Please also note that we are not able to accept returns sent to us by someone else so you must make sure to return the item yourself.
Please note, because of the speed of order processing, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been made, you will instead have to wait until you have received the item and then return it to us following the return policy terms.
If these conditions are met, we will issue a return via Stripe which will send the funds back to your bank account, including the cost you incur on postage returning your item to us. An email will be issued to you when the refund has begun processing. We aim to issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned item, however banks can take up to 10 days to place the funds in your bank account so please be aware of this.

In order to make an exchange for your product, you’ll need to email us providing your full name, address and order number, you’ll also have to provide the name as stated on our website, of the item you would like to exchange it for, along with the size of the item you would require. Once you have sent this email, we will issue a reply giving you the return address.
If the item you want to exchange for costs more than the item you have previously ordered; please be aware that a charge will be made on your account for the extra amount, you will be alerted of this charge by email.
Once you have requested an exchange and have received an email notification to tell you that it has been accepted, please return the item you are exchanging to us via courier in good condition, with labels and tags still attached (including the swing tag) and neatly placed within the original packaging.
Once we have received your returned item, we will then ship you the new item and send you an email to confirm it’s on the way. The same delivery conditions apply as normal; you may view this on the delivery section of our website. We will also credit the cost of the return postage to your account so you won’t be out of pocket.
